Newtonian reflector
A type of reflecting telescope that uses mirrors. Light entering the telescope reflects off a primary mirror, located at the base of the telescope, onto a secondary mirror, located near the top of the telescope. The secondary mirror reflects the light at a right angle to the eyepiece located on the side of the telescope.
